This FE indicates that the selling act constitues a re-selling by the current Seller of Goods that they bought earlier from a third person who is not the Buyer of the current selling act.

The state of the Seller after the sale has occurred.
       I SOLD the whole lot at a loss.
 

Reversive []
This FE indicates that the selling act reverses an earlier separate act in which the current Seller bought the Goods from the current Buyer.
        There is a plan for Mercer to buy the ground and LEASE it back to the club
